Willie Dixon - Howlin' Wolf and Jimmy Reed, to name but a few, Gambo's Blues Band focus their attention on post-war Chicago Blues. From the slow-train shuffle of "Bring it on home" to the up-tempo funkiness of "Snatch it back and hold it", Gambo's Blues Band deliver a powerful live performance! The full line-up of vocals, 2 guitars, harmonica, bass and drums plus occasional guest musicians provides a big, lively sound and atsmophere. As a 3 or 4 piece the band takes on a more laid back approach and feel, allowing each musician to play with greater freedom and individuality. Acoustic instruments also play a greater part.
